Brand Ambassador / Host
The Brand Ambassador/ Host position at Fielding’s River Oaks plays a key role in creating positive, memorable guest experiences and leading the Brand Ambassador Team to consistently meet and exceed expectations. The position is the liaison between the leadership and Brand Ambassador team and guests, primarily focused on guest’s booking reservations, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and seating guests, guest relations, and communicating with the Service team
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ø Maintain a positive attitude in high stress
situations.
Work efficiently with table management-
reservation software.
Ø Recognize regular guests
Ø Present a professional, positive, neat,
well-groomed appearance for him/herself and
the team.
Ø Utilize reservation, (all software) to its
maximum potential.
Ø Maintain and insure optimal physical
departmental conditions and organization
Ø Occasionally take on additional responsibilities.
Ø Drive high morale.
Competencies & Qualifications:
Ø Use all IT systems to the fullest capacity.
Ø Have an authentic, happy disposition.
Ø Bilingual a plus.
Ø Embrace highly fluid situations.
Ø Be able to think on your feet quickly.
Ø Demonstrate interest and share knowledge of food, service, and personnel situations.
Ø Able to follow and execute directions.
Ø Develop rapport with food experts to understand the full range of Fielding’s products and services.
Ø Consistently search out ways to improve and promote a high level of guest service, experience, sales and profits.
Ø Review and discuss guest and Partner feedback.
Ø Treat Guests and Partners with respect.
Ø Provide a risk-free, safe working environment and experience.
Ø Apply accurate logic and common sense in decision-making or solving problems.
Ø Seek expertise, help and resources to achieve goals and objectives.
Ø Stay focused and detail-oriented while on duty, and work through distractions.
Ø Identify/prioritize activities and modify work routines to eliminate wasted efforts.
Ø Follow guidelines and rules of Fielding’s Culinary Group.
Ø Speak clearly and logically to be understood and get the point across when communicating.
Ø Able to effectively read and interpret documents, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual.
Compensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
